I started in the Financial Services industry over 30 years ago in the MetLife Executive Training program. In 2001, I established Nohelty Asset Management to provide a client centered planning practice whose professionals would advise and assist our clients in a comfortable and welcoming environment. By creating Nohelty Asset Management as an independent firm, I can work with our clients as "I would want my family treated."
It is always a new day and a new experience. We have a community of people who we enjoy working with and they enjoy having us help them envision and strive for their goals - some for more than three decades. The depth of the relationships and the trust they placed with us is tremendously rewarding.

My family upbringing, my faith, my wife, my daughters and having survived my experiences.
Spending time with my wife Tammy, and daughters Lauren and Kaitlyn. Typically, I am participating in what they are doing, and this has given me a greater appreciation for how blessed my life truly is.

Patsy spent 30 years in administrative positions for Raytheon and Hewlett Packard until her retirement in June of 2002. She has been a key person for 20 years at Nohelty Asset Management. Patsy met Dick when he started Nohelty Asset. She is indispensable, handles all our front office needs and has a warm welcome (and fresh coffee) for clients and visitors.

After attending Salem State University, I went on to train and manage employees in service-based companies, both large and small. I was a founding member of a medical software company and owned my own business in freelance graphic design and decorative wares.

I have enjoyed cooking and baking since I was young. In the past few years, it has turned into a hobby business making custom decorated shortbread cookies.
My most enjoyable times are spent with family, especially the little ones. I spend one day a week with my grandson Oliver. I also have a little lake cottage that’s been in my family for 3 generations. It has no tv and no internet so it’s a great place to unwind.

I attended Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School, completing a major in Wealth Management with a minor in Finance. Prior to starting at Nohelty Asset Management, I worked for an RIA in Boston for four years, two as an intern and two full time working on investment research, financial planning, and client servicing.

I’m definitely on the golf course if I’m not working. But for some reason if I’m not on the course, then I am hanging with my two dogs Bella (black lab) and Zorro (shih tzu).
I intern with Gourmet Goods by Gianna, a very talented local baker during her busy seasons and I also am a licensed real estate agent in the State of Massachusetts.
