Professional Background

I started in the Financial Services industry over 30 years ago in the MetLife Executive Training program. In 2001, I established Nohelty Asset Management to provide a client centered planning practice whose professionals would advise and assist our clients in a comfortable and welcoming environment. By creating Nohelty Asset Management as an independent firm, I can work with our clients as "I would want my family treated."

Education and Certifications

  • BSBA, Salem State University, 1991
  • MBA, Babson College, 1992
  • Certificate in Financial Planning, Merrimac College, 1995
  • Certified Financial Planner, 1996

Why do you do this type of work?

It is always a new day and a new experience. We have a community of people who we enjoy working with and they enjoy having us help them envision and strive for their goals - some for more than three decades. The depth of the relationships and the trust they placed with us is tremendously rewarding.

Professional Background

After graduating from Babson College, I built my career in roles that combined finance, retail strategy, and client relationship management. I began at The TJX Companies in merchandising and strategic planning, then moved to Wayfair to focus on product strategy and vendor partnerships across e-commerce and retail channels. Most recently, at B. Riley Financial, I specialized in asset-based lending valuations, working with clients to provide data-driven insights that supported key financial decisions. In 2025, I completed my master’s in clinical psychology at the University of Edinburgh, which deepened my understanding of what drives people’s choices and goals. I’m passionate about bringing both analytical and human perspectives to my work — helping clients make confident, informed decisions that align with their values and long-term vision.

Education and Certifications

  • B.S. in Business Administration, Babson College, 2018
  • M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, University of Edinburgh, 2025
  • Income Tax Certification, 2025

Why do you do this type of work?

I grew up watching my dad build strong, lasting relationships with his clients, and I was inspired by the trust and care he brought to every interaction. That early example led me to study both business and psychology, and ultimately to join the firm to continue building those meaningful connections. I’ve always valued a career that is client-focused and ever-changing, where each day brings the opportunity to listen, understand, and make a difference in people’s lives. Helping clients feel confident in their decisions and supported through life’s transitions is what makes this work so fulfilling to me.

Influences on life

My parents, my sister Kaitlyn, and my community have had the greatest influence on me. Each stage of my life has brought new people, friends and experiences that have shaped my values, perspective, and the person I am today.

What makes you happiest when you are not working?

Spending time with my family and friends! I’m grateful to have a strong, supportive network of people in my life. Having the ability to travel and explore the world. Reading books and discussing them with my book club every month. Singing in a cover band!

Professional Experience

I attended Suffolk University’s Sawyer Business School, completing a major in Wealth Management with a minor in Finance. Prior to starting at Nohelty Asset Management, I worked for an investment firm in Boston for four years, two as an intern and two full time working on investment research, financial planning, and client servicing.

Why do you do this type of work?

I chose this career because I enjoy helping people everyday gain direction and confidence in a part of life that often feels uncertain. Whether you're in the early stages of building wealth or approaching retirement, financial decisions carry a lot of weight. I find it rewarding to guide clients through those decisions with thoughtful planning, so they can feel secure about their future and focus on what matters most to them.

What is your favorite TV Show?

Entourage. A classic HBO show.

What are you happiest doing when you’re not working?

I’m definitely on the golf course if I’m not working. If I’m not on the course, then I am spending time with my wife Gianna, daughter Lucy, and our dog Zorro.
